Tables created using Calculation Groups should have a distinct icon
Currently there is no easy way of visually telling whether a Table is created via a Calculation Group. We need an icon that reflects this isn't just a 'normal' table - especially given Calc Groups contain logic that might markedly impact what is displayed.

Allow padding above Slicer to be reduced to zero
I hate the padding at the top of a Slicer that you can't get rid of...it means I can't park my Slicers right at the top of the canvas in a way that they align with text.
