The display of PBI visualisation icons should also be affected by the Fields/Format scrollbar

I'd like the Power BI Visuals icons (the things you click on to change a visual to another type of visual) to scroll out of sight when using the scrollbar in the Fields or Format area directly below.

It doesn't make sense for those icons (which are rarely clicked) to take up precious space at the expense of settings options (which are often scrolled though repeatedly during report development).
