When a user of the service requests access to a report, they are listed by name under 'Pending requests for access'.
However they are listed by name only. If I have two 'Jane Smith' in my organisation, I can't tell which of them has requested access.
Equally, when the email is sent to the report owner to say that a request has been made, it is only listed by name. I have to ask both Jane Smiths if they have requested access to know which one has requested it.
At the very least a hover-over tooltip of the email address is required.

RE: Display the email address of requests for report access
At our organization we manage security groups for workspace access, so when we try to add someone in we use email or internal ID. However, when a user requests access to our workspace, we just receive a name. So if we have multiple users with the same name (for example, John Smith) then we have to guess which user actually requested access. If possible, when a user requests access, we'd prefer either the ability to have the user account email which requested access or the ability to redirect them to request access to us directly.
RE: Display the email address of requests for report access
Absolutely agree with Kenneth. I need to provide access to only people from my company, from particular email domain. Having just the name in the email makes it extremely hard to figure out the email, especially when a person getting these emails is not the owner of the workspace and can't check pending requests that have email info.
RE: Display the email address of requests for report access
This would seem to be a must for any large company.

This pretty annoying. I hope they fix this soon.
