NewCircles of a radius in Azure Maps, Smarter Labels for "Location", GeoJSON Labels

Some things that would be useful to have for the Azure maps visual:
Circles/Shapes centered on a point, of a fixed size. Eg a Circle of Radius 1mi centered on an address. Right now I can do size based on a column's values, but that is only good for relative comparison. For doing eg a coverage/inclusion map I need to set bubble sizes in terms of physical distances.
Labels based on a separate column: I have two kinds of point that are mapped in my report, many minor points and a few major points. I need to be able to label the major points on the visual and leave the minor plants unlabeled so being able to label each bubble by the value of a specific matching column is key. The documentation for the visual mentions category labels but that option seems to be missing?
Alternatively, being able to define a point in my GeoJSON reference layer and label it may also work, it seems like this is part of the spec but the devs have chosen to ignore it for some reason? I have a number of polygons in my json and they have labels but those do not translate through into PBI.

To Clarify, being able to set circles on the map it should be possible to control not only size and center, but also fill color/opacity and border color/opacity based on column values (the Fx button) as well, so that we can have a table with columns Label, Address, Radius, Fill (RGBA), Border (RGBA), and use that to create shapes in the map.
