Right now it is only possible to set alternate row formatting in a matrix for values, it would be helpful in certain situations to have alternate row-group formatting, where all values that are a subset of a parent row are the same color in alternating fashion.

Add Option to Set a URL for "Row" elements in a Matrix
Right now the Matrix visual only supports adding a URL to items in the "Values" section, any data items in the "Rows" (everything to the left of the vertical dividing line in the visual) cannot have a URL set because you cannot customize those Cell Elements.
