PowerBI Goals - assign OKR's unit of measure (simple free format text field would already help)
now only numbers or % while this could also be weeks, yes/no, M3, whatever like current simple setup (simple = beautiful) but ability to show the unit of measures with simple text field seems crucial to avoid misalignment / misinterpretations
PowerBI Goals - label column (as per MS Teams) to group and simplify filtering
missing a possibility to group/label based on company specific requirements e.g. squad/team names, theme. Simple column addition (as per MS teams tags) would already be a quick win and still keep setup simple enough

although i like the principle of keeping goal descriptions crisp & snappy i do notice in some cases the amount of characters allowed is not enough. Can we double it?

at this moment filtering in a list of Goals needs you to expand the parent nodes 1 by 1. that's not a nice UX - can that be a 1click experience. adding a label column (as per MS Teams) would also help to group by Squad/team or Theme being worked and will simplify filtering/focus & alignment
