at this moment filtering in a list of Goals needs you to expand the parent nodes 1 by 1. that's not a nice UX - can that be a 1click experience.
adding a label column (as per MS Teams) would also help to group by Squad/team or Theme being worked and will simplify filtering/focus & alignment
