    Conditionally Format Everything

    We need the ability to apply conditional formatting to any object in Power BI. We should be able to use KPIs created in the data model or manually define the conditional formatting of any object.

    I should mention, this would be especially helpful for visualizations as these are currently lacking in the ability to conditionally format.
