Filters Pane - Add option for OR/AND conditions

In the current Filters pane, when applying multiple filter conditions, they are combined using the AND logic. This means that only items meeting all the specified criteria are shown. However, there are cases where users may want to find items that meet any one of the specified criteria instead.

The suggestion is to add an option in the Filters pane to allow users to choose whether multiple filter conditions should be combined using AND or OR logic.

Benefits:

1. Increased flexibility: Providing both AND and OR options would give users more control over how they want to filter and find data, making the filtering experience more versatile.
2. Enhanced data exploration: With the ability to use OR conditions, users can more easily explore and find items that meet at least one of their specified criteria, which can be useful for data analysis, research, or simply locating relevant information more efficiently.

1. Grouping OR conditions: Users should be able to group multiple OR conditions together, which can then be combined with other conditions using AND logic. 2. Cross-attribute/table filtering: The OR conditions should not be limited to a single attribute or table.
