Currently subtotals can be conditionally formatted by rule using DAX such as HASONEVALUE, ISINSCOPE etc to have multiple levels a different color however there is not an option to apply this to the labels of a matrix. So the labels will all remain the same color while only the values adjust.
Request the ability to apply to labels the conditional formatting or allow subtotal formatting to be by column level and not only apply to all. Thank you.

RE: Allow Format/Conditional Formatting of Subtotal Labels
Yes, this is a very simple formatting but I just realized this is not achievable in PowerBI. Please make this idea actualized and this will really help. For example, when we want to migrate an Excel Pivot Table to PowerBI, we cannot even set the "Grand Total" label at the bottom row to have the background colors that is align with its counterparts on the same row (which Excel can naturally do this). Please make this very simple yet unrealized setting happen in PowerBI, thanks a lot.
RE: Allow Format/Conditional Formatting of Subtotal Labels
Shouldn't require anything complicated to give a color difference to management for Total/Subtotal lines. Also restrict ability to apply color offsets for those who may be color blind. This should be out of the box capability, IMO.
