    In Power BI Service, search for Power BI Items should be accent-insensitive.
    I tested with Workspace search and Global Search on Welcome page.

    Case Insensitive search is almost essential. We often find the same keyword typed in different combinations of accented characters. Just using English for a search is insufficient. Often we don't know the accented character we must search for, only the English (Latin) character.
