Improve IntelliSense behaviour on high DPI screens (scaling above 100%)

When using Power BI desktop on a scaled resolution (eg. 2560x1440 @ 150% scaling) as soon as you start typing a formula IntelliSense pops-up and covers what you typed, making it unreadable.
Of course using 100% scaling fixes the issue but text becomes too small.

In this day and age, supporting high DPI should not even be a question!
