    Allow users to edit or download shared dashboards

    Is there not a way for a shared dashboard to be granted access to edit or download to PBIX? It appears the shared dashboards are read only

    Dashboards cannot be downloaded to PBIX because Power BI Desktop cannot create or modify dashboards.

    Power BI Desktop can only create and modify datasets and reports.

    Dashboards can only be created and modified in the Power BI Service, since they must use existing published reports to provide the visuals they display.
