Just like hyperlinks on text boxes, hyperlinks should be allowed on images also. For eg, to go back to a previous page or to navigate to a different report page etc.

This is now supported with the new `Bookmarks` feature introduced in the October 2017 update of Power BI, which is version 2.51.4885.701.
