Hi,

I wish there was some documentation regarding how to connect to Lakehouse from Power BI Desktop in Import mode.

I want to connect directly to the Lakehouse (not SQL Analytics Endpoint) in Import mode.

I want to connect to the Lakehouse (not SQL Analytics Endpoint) because sometimes there is a significant delay after data entering the Lakehouse before it's available in SQL Analytics Endpoint. This can cause unexpected results e.g. if the Power BI semantic model is refreshed in a step in a Data Pipeline, because the new data may not be available in the SQL Analytics Endpoint yet. So I wish to connect directly to the Lakehouse data.

I believe Lakehouse.Contents() is the correct M function to use.

However, I can't find documentation about Lakehouse.Contents().

I also think Lakehouse.Contents() should be a part of the Lakehouse connector.

Currently, the Lakehouse connector only supports connecting to the Lakehouse's default semantic model and SQL Analytics Endpoint, but not the Lakehouse itself.

RE: Lakehouse.Contents() documentation + connector

Actually, I think the Lakehouse.Contents() is using the SQL Analytics Endpoint. But I would still like documentation about it. And also more documentation about what are the preferred ways to connect to the Lakehouse from Power BI Desktop.
