Remove adding new datasets/reports to dashboards automatically when uploading new .pbix file

When uploading a brand new .pbix file to the service, a tile with a link to the report gets added to an existing dashboard. This is totally un-necessary and a huge potential data security risk.
E.g. if the dashboard has been shared to someone, they immidiately get access to the newly added report! If they are not supposed to have access to the content, it becomes a race agaist time to find which dashboard the tile has been added to and remove it before its too late. A very irrational feature in so many ways...
