Ability to select an option in the legend formatting to hide any series when it's value is blank

RE: Hide series from legend if blank

A legend formatting option like "Suppress (Blank) values" would be ideal. My current workaround is to convert NULLs to empty strings ('') for the legend field in my dataset, then change the color under Legend>Columns to white (the background of my visual). This adds a lot of complexity (managing the y-axis range, the legend sort order, etc.) just to hide the word (Blank) from our users.

RE: Hide series from legend if blank

This would be a very useful feature. I often create dynamic charts where the user can select one or more measures to display on the chart, and unfortunately the legend always displays all the possible series. A chart Legend option to "Hide blank series" would be very nice indeed, and would save a lot of messing around with showing and hiding images.
