    Add a connector to pull data from Visual Studio Online (VSO).

    We are moving our internal on-prem TFS project to VSO and want to use Power BI as our reporting solution. My understanding is that the VSO team will focus on an oob reporting solution sometime this year. Power BI seems an obvious potential direction.
