A visualisation that is a Flow button would be great for creating an action from the data. If data sets were linked to the button then the data sent (along with user) as part of the flow trigger for use in other steps of the flow. Basically whatever data would show in a table is instead passed to flow and button is shown on the report.

Yes, we should be able to pass all parameters using Flow Button to run a report and send email or save to repository with dynamic report name.
