Panes Showing as Tabs in Margin Should Persist

Please make the showing panes persist when reopening a PBIX file. The new way of having the little icons in the right margin is great, but why close them when I open the file? If I have opened Data, Format, Bookmarks and Selection then I probably want them to stay open. The new way of tabbing them in the margin means there is no extra space used if I have 2 or 6 of the options open.

The new on-object thing is okay, but it means more clicking to get to the same options as before, which is a pain.
