There is a whole article that walks you through the steps to import onedrive for business links (specifically excel online) on Power BI Desktop.
this should be an out of the box Get Data feature.

RE: OneDrive for Business Get Data Hability On PBI Desktop
Using the OneDrive for Business files area that corresponds with each app workspace is great for users to store/collaborate on .pbix files. This allows users to get version control from OneDrive with the convenience of working locally (when files are sync'd). However, the experience of using Get Data in Power BI Desktop is much more complicated that working in the service. Ideally, users should be able to select a OneDrive location that corresponds to an app workspace just as easy as in the service. The desktop can browse app workspace due to the logged in account, so it should be able to browse the OneDrive areas too. This is important if we want to encourage users to leverage this capability.

On a side note - Dirceu...can you correct the typo in the idea name? "Hability" should be "ability"
