    The publish to web is hiding the flag, about, and expand-to-full-screen links on the following webpage when using Edge/IE: http://www.theenergycollective.com/atlaspublicpolicy/2380955/the-fast-lane-to-more-evs. The same webpage looks correct on Chrome.
