    Be able to change the default report background using a JSON file for themes.

    I find as well that this would be very useful. In particular, I would be grateful if the background attribute of the JSON theme file allowed for an external image to be set as a background. I know that the Layout JSON file associated with the report .pbix file has such an attribute, but so far this is not allowed in theme file, to the best of my knowledge.
