    Increase character limit of subscription optional message and add hyperlink capability in message

    Increase character limit of subscription optional message to 1000 or greater. Also, add ability to add a hyperlink in this message. Useful when subscription is to direct back to a team site for consumption.

    We use this feature to send out a monthly notice to sales teams with their key metrics for compliant related stats. We like to update the message each month and the 250 character limit really limits the amount we can say. Please increase this so that a more detailed analysis message can be entered.
