Drive cell-level collaboration with other stakeholders through interactive commenting. Capture cell-level comments with details such as author & posted time, use @ symbol to tag other stakeholders, teams or group distribution list; assign tasks & track status, receive notifications when someone tags you, assigns a task or responds to your comment and many more.

I'm also surprised it isn't possible already, seems an obvious integration with Teams which seems to be front and centre of the MS offer at the moment.

This would be very helpful to communicate updates related to the data or report changes so that each individual doesn't have to be listed out.
