Inability to see to if subscription Emails were sent successfully or not: Subscription emails are sent by Microsoft ( no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com) and have no ability to see if any emails were sent successfully. Would suggest creating an interface in the admin portal to identify reporting queues and the status of report subscriptions.

See whether a subscription was successfully or failed should be a basic functionality in Power BI
