    Ability to update/refresh the PBI designer file for an already uploaded dataset (to add calcs, measures, sources, etc..)

    We need the capability to modify the calculations, measures, and sources of an already uploaded and established dataset. Users tend to make new reports and changes to existing reports after uploading to PBI Cloud. PBI cloud is not saving changes back to the designer file. Need the ability to open the "live" file back up to add more calcs, measure, sources, and to take advantage of new updates added to PBI desktop.
