    Add tool tips to the matrix visualisation

    It would be excellent to be able to add tool tips to the matrix visualisation with value specific tool tips.
    We have asset performance reports and we need to find an easy was of displaying historical events.

    PLEASE this TURN OFF by DEFAULT - IT is annoying the users. There is no way to turn it off from the interface.
