After installing the April update this morning I've had problems with visuals seemingly "disappearing" from reports. I say seemingly because they are actually just reformatting to zero, because with some searching I'm able to find the visual again with my cursor. Unfortunately, re-reformatting doesn't fix the problem, nor does not saving... and so on.

Here is a link to another thread addressing a similar issue in the community forum: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/April-Update-slicers-losing-dimensions-other-formatting-issues/td-p/32299/highlight/false

The problem is making creating/editing reports extremely difficult.

Closing as it was fixed with the May update

Apparently this has been fixed in the latest update - version 2.34.4372.501

I have downloaded to test - haven't had the issue again yet.

Just had the problem with 2 slicers in a very simple test file both re-formatting to zero.

RE: April Update - visuals/slicers losing formatting/dimensions

Moreover, some visuals are resizing to zero dimensions in the published reports. It is very painful to resize visual in published reports.

The visuals that are resizing are:
1. Text Box
2. Rectangle
3. Card
4. Pie

The list is not exhaustive as I have experimented with few chart types only.
