    Customer expecting to update the data when ever end users opens the report.

    This is very helpful, it gives users the latest possible data and utilizes server's capacity at the same time.

    Yes that would be helpful - This should be an option when saving the report - "refresh on open" - we had this option on a previous reporting tool that we used
