The current filters pane on the right hand side of the Power BI UI automatically sorts the filters in alphabetical order.
We need to be able to customize the order the fields appear in these filter panes.

Would be good to combine the votes...
RE: Customize Order of Fields in Filter Pane
We'd need to both customize the order and organize filters in categories. This would help us move slicers off the report page and gain more real estate.
RE: Customize Order of Fields in Filter Pane
This is especially important when multiple filters for fields within the same hierarchy are involved. It doesn't make sense to have filters presented in the order of Days > Hours > Minutes > Years, etc.
RE: Customize Order of Fields in Filter Pane
Being able to customize the filters is a high priority for us on our reports.
RE: Customize Order of Fields in Filter Pane

This is important to my work
RE: Customize Order of Fields in Filter Pane
I think this is really important to allow, especially since this same ordering appears to be used by the new Filter visualization in preview for Power BI. My clients have been requesting this change so filters match their business processes more closely.
