    URL Filter for whole report

    We can use URL custom filters on report pages, but it doesn't work for an entire report. It would make a big difference in corporate scenarios where we want to deploy a single many page report, and have it URL filtered to different Business, BUs, Programs, Departments etc

    I'll use this for a lat / lon filter from a web map widget that will pump the extent into the URL.
