Add Ability to Create Dual Y-Axis in ALL Bar & Line Charts

My company just switched to Power BI from a competing BI software. We've found a lot of shortcomings in the ability to customize visuals in Power BI. One major shortcoming is the lack of being able to add a secondary y-axis to visuals.

I understand that we can access a secondary y-axis using a combo chart, however using this visual does not make sense in many cases for the data being presented.

This is a very basic requirement that we're very disappointed is not already part of this BI Suite considering the age.
