Introduce User/Value Prompts in report before opening the report just like in MSTR to reduce the data fetch time and load.

I think I understand the idea.. and also think tit would be great to have it.To me its quite close to the parameters itself - so I elaborated a bit more in my idea: Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com)If you think it's worthy please vote there too.Cheers!

Also there should be Free text based filter/prompt which is not available in PBI

I'd like to be able to put prompt filters in my reports, in order to force the user to make filters before opening the report. It's very useful functionality, that we see in other BI tools (like MicroStrategy, for instance), but its missing in Power BI. It works like a form, that is shown when the user opens the report. In the form, the user has to choose values for the displayed dimensions, like date, city, network element, etc... After all forms filled, the report is executed with the choosen filters applied.

Please!!!!! This is very basic functionality that every other product has. I can't believe Power BI can't display required/optional user prompts on refresh.
