    Text "hyperlinks" to bookmarks

    Currently, Power BI allows users to hyperlink text within a text box to a URL. Please add the ability to link text to a bookmark.

    This would be helpful when making a Table of Contents.

    If you combined this with Row level Security and the fact that bookmarks can display hidden pages, this would allow us to dynamically control who has access to certain pages in a report.

    This would address the requirements for several other similar ideas regarding page level security.

    I'm surprised this idea has got so few votes as at date! This is a game changer IMO.
