    Enable users to customize keyboard shortcuts in the desktop version.

    Yes, as OP said, please add the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts. The amount of mouse clicks needed to make certain custom changes can quickly become exhausting. It would be wonderful if we could reduce that workload by being able to assign keyboard shortcuts to a robust set of available operations. Thank you.

    My mouse and keyboard support custom key bindings tailored to the specific program I am using. I have several buttons that I habitually use such as: Sending Forward/Backward, Edit interactions, and Create New Measure.

    Would be mighty useful to press one button instead of selecting the tab, then finding the button, then pressing the button.

    Really want a hotkey for refresh as I have a fullscreen report that I could have a macro trigger a refresh. I do not want to use the browser refresh.
