Using "Edit Parameters" forces full refresh of source files

Working with the new parameters functionality in order to import source files from our LAN has been great, but there is one annoying caveat. We can include file path and regional filter paramters a la "let Source = Access.Database(File.Contents(ParamFileLocation & "\" & ParamRegion & "\BIBudget.accdb"), [CreateNav...... " and allow users to change the region on the fly.

However, whenever a user changes *any* parameter via the desktop ribbon Edit Parameters button, on close the interface makes no distinction as to which parameter changed, and forces a full refresh of all files, including large historical data files that take ten to twenty minutes to load over the lan. Only if the user selects Edit Queries and then selects and manages the individual parameter from the Query Editor are the changes isolated to that parameter alone, something most users would be uncomfortable doing.

We need to test before reloading whether or not a source path parameter was actually changed, either by distinguishing between parameter types, or by adding logic to the Edit parameters dialog.
