    Display Last refresh time as per the selected timezone

    Enable displaying Last refreshed Date/Time as per user's time zone.
    Alternately provide an option to select and modify time zone.

    Agreed, having to do workarounds with DateTime.LocalNow etc is far from ideal for something that should be a standard feature
