SSAS hidden hierarchy not owner when Connected through Power BI Desktop

Currently when we connect to SSAS from Power BI Desktop, hidden hierarchy is not owner and its shown in the Dimension. Normally for role playing dimension we have set up multiple hierarchy and set up to show the hierarchy that is relevant for the dimension. Also sets are not group and shown as orphan under the Dimension.
It all adds up to user experiene if sets are not grouped and all the fields not shown in More Fields and hide the hierarchy if that is what set up in SSAS. User experience in Power BI Desktop should be similar to the one in Excel.
