Access to APP could be now provived to AD group, Distribution list or to concrete user. What I am missing is ability to provide access to APP via O365 group.

We wish to manage App Audience Access via Security Group, but it's not in line with the standard App access request process.

I would like to be able to send an email to everyone who has access to an App without typing all of their names into an email. I can give an AD Security Group permissions to an App, but I'm unable to draft an Outlook email to that AD security group. Seems that adding the functionality of giving o365 Groups permissions to access an App would accomplish this.
