I am REALLY excited about the possibilities for the Power Automate for Power BI visual that was just released. It would be great if there were a toggle in the settings for this visual to enable/disable a popup confirmation when clicking the button, preferably with the ability to add some custom text inside the confirmation.
If I'm making a Power Automate button in my report that, say, emails everyone in a table, it would be really nice if the person clicking the button could get a popup confirmation with some additional information about what the button does (eg. "Are you sure you want to do this?").

I agreed. I face the same problem right now. I have set a limited number of emails that can be sent out, but if they forget to filter the table and accidentally click the button a few times, the recipients will think that the tool is unreliable. Also, you can use the help icon to leave some additional information for the user while we wait for them to add this feature.

Great idea. I played with the visual myself to flag specific piece of information, but the biggest issue I had was that you had to do lots of control within your flow when it would be great to have that before you trigger the flow. To me it seems imperative to have as well, in addition of a pop-up:
- the ability to disable/enable a visual based on a DAX expression (similar to what you have in PowerApps)
- the ability to format the text on the button with a DAX expression to explicitly say to your users what is going to happen before a pop-up
