Cortana (Q&A) as a Service

Cortana and Q&A natural language queries are great addon for data discovery for non technical users. We have sample page - https://app.powerbi.com/cortana/test but it's still not API. With API we would like to do 2 scenarios:

- integrate conversation style Q&A with our app (singlepage website with ReactJS)

- mashup or inject some context specific information about datasets and groups - like highlight corporate content, high level overview and detailed data models. Injection mage by extended info or by modified rank score function
