Now that Purview is there and it can scan PBI as well as all manner of sources in and out of Azure. It would be great if you can view the classification, lineage and glossary of a field in the Power BI service, so that you can leverage that data to understand where it came from (lineage), what it means and who the experts are (glossary), as well as the potential to auto-label for sensitivity through the classifications.

RE: Show Purview classification, glossary and lineage in PBI service
This would be great for both Purview and PowerBI.
RE: Show Purview classification, glossary and lineage in PBI service
Would be very useful to build reports off of data in Purview
RE: Show Purview classification, glossary and lineage in PBI service
It will be great to see integration of Purview glossary, definitions, classifications, lineage in PowerBI reports . details we put in Purview are mainly to help business , and the fact is business would not like to login separately in purview when they want to understand how x-KPI is been created in the specific report. No brainer thing - hope its availabler sooner.

Tableau abnd Collibra currently have this functionality. Its a great way for report users to be able to get quick business meta data definitions of what they are seeing on a report.
RE: Show Purview classification, glossary and lineage in PBI service
This would be a great way to expose a business glossary when users hover over fields in the Power BI service.
