Hello, I am learning BI Desktop, but the Add Conditional Column dialog box has some issues, as described below
1. When I reopen the dialog box, the (first 2 of 3) Operator Values that I selected are not there. The other values on the row are there.
2. Pressing the Delete key in a Value field, deletes the row. To me, the Delete key should delete the value that I typed in the Output field.
3. How do you check for a null value in a date field? I tried typing in null in the Value field and also tried leaving the Value field empty, neither worked. I also tried using the Otherwise fields Enter a value option, thinking it would work as a catch-all, that didn't work either.

Thanks for the feedback. Please see comments below for each reported issue: 1. We cannot repro this issue. If you have a consistent repro, could you share with us via "Send a Frown" in Power BI Desktop? 2. This issue will be fixed in the June update of Power BI Desktop. 3. Typing null in the Value field should work. If you have a repro for a case where it doesn't work, please share with us via "Send a Frown". Thanks, M.

RE: Add Conditional Column dialog box seems to have bugs
Hello Indera,
I will file the issue with the delete key deleting the entire row. As far as the second time you enter the dialog not having the operators selected already present this is by design and checking for null can be accomplished with the word "null" in lower case.
Thanks,
Chuck
