There needs to be the ability to fit entire view of a chart no matter how small you make the chart. This can be especially useful in sparklines, and other visual displays where you want a small graph inside a dashboard.
Right now when you scrunch a chart to a certain size it either
1. Disappears Completely
2. Adds a scrollbar
There's a need to see data in one eyespan, so the lack of this feature limits the end user experience and flexibility of the tool

I agree we need to have ability to fit all the data into the view this is helpful when looking at data that is being tracked over large number of periods. Something similar to what you can see on Jolt charts. See example in the link.
