There should be an option where the tooltip will appear (Left, RIght, Top or bottom)

RE: location of tooltip to show
for page tooltips it would be great to be able to specify a location on the page that the tooltip appears at. this way you could place the pop up information in a specific area always and avoid the blocking issue that occurs today
