When in Service and creating a new Report from a published Dataset, the clickable field that was "Create" has turned into a default of "Auto-Create Report" causing the user to then click again to find "Create a blank Report".

Please reverse the default or provide 2 separate buttons. It's very confusing to the user to be presented with this "Auto-Create Report" option as the default.

Auto-Create Report, when selected, does not provide anything beneficial to my organization (if it even loads). It only serves as point of frustration when muscle memory kicks in and the user accidently selects it.
