There is a lot of information within the audit, but one crucial thing is missing: publishing reports from the Power BI Desktop app. The PublishToWebReport feature is not related to publishing a report via the desktop app. I would like to know who published which report at what time.

Hey Osman (fellow classmate ;)).I think what you are looking for is either the "import" operation in the auditing database or the "EditDataset". Are you using the REST admin APIS to get to the data?
