Thousands separator

Hello,

will you ever introduce a format option that allows us to use a thousands separator? I know it has been requested before and didn't get many votes. Because it's so basic people probably don't even think about it. It would really help with having clearer/better visibility of data.

In my reports the separator seemingly appears randomly on cards. It was on a card where I used sum, but didn't appear when I used count. But I also have cards with sum where it doesn't appear. On a decomposition tree it is there.
