I'm using Power BI and some other O365 services (e-mail, yammer etc.). A few days ago suddenly all my Yammer groups appeared as workspaces in Power BI menu. It's very annoying, I need only one or two workspaces for sharing my PBI reports. Searching for them in the long list is time consuming.
There should be a simple way to switch between only those workspaces, which one needs for Power BI report publishing.

RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Hi Microsoft,
Surely this is small dev effort for a big win. So many good things happening in PBI to be let down by the cluttering up of an extremely prominent interface!
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Come on fixt this now!
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Please Microsoft! This is a absolutely basic feature! What yours perspective?
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Please take care of this! We only have 2 PBI workspaces for hosting reports but all SharePoint/Team sites are displayed in the listing. This is so annoying and confusing. Can believe this has been an issue for 2+ years :(
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
I don't see how this will be functional in a real environment where people will be part of dozens and perhaps even hundreds of groups. We end up with all these blank workspaces that are empty, cluttering up PowerBI for no reason and now users can't find what they need within PowerBI. Please fix this
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Any change on this?
Today I've noticed my rarely uses teams in Ms teams are automatically hidden. When will this be deployed in Power Bi?
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
We are seeing the same and it is flooding our business users with SharePoint pages that have nothing to do with our Power BI deployment. Strongly suggest that you consider allowing context specific settings that allow us to gate information as appropriate to our user communities. We should be able to customize user displays so that only Power Bi Workspaces are visible.
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Would also be okay with at least a favorites list...this is ridiculous. (Or hide/group any workspaces with no reports)
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Dear god I would love to just have a favourites list in my workspace area, between teams, app workspaces, everything else, it's a swamp
RE: Hide non-Power BI workspaces from left menu
Too. Much. Clutter
